Have your property valued by our certified valuers

There are several reasons why you might want to have a home valued, such as buying a new home. You may also require an objective valuation report in order to refinance your home or finalize a divorce. Our certified valuers would be happy to help. They are affiliated with the Nederlands Woning Waarde Instituut (the Dutch property value institute, NWWI) and can expertly determine the value of your home.

Certified valuation report

During the valuation, our valuer will visit your home and determine the value based on its current state, recent sales of similar properties, and the current market conditions. The results are documented in a valuation report, which describes the value and the features of the property in detail. This report is reviewed by the NWWI to ensure that you receive a reliable and professional valuation report that is recognized by various institutes, such as a bank.

Certified valuers

Our valuers are certified and have the necessary architectural, economic, and legal knowledge. They are also experts on the local housing market and affiliated with the Nederlands Register Vastgoed Taxateurs (Dutch valuers' register, NRVT), which regularly checks whether valuers hold the right credentials.
